My focus in therapy is to tailor treatment for the individual. For some clients, 1-3 sessions is what is needed. For others, a longer therapeutic treatment plan is warranted. I am sensitive to the busy lives of my clients and understand the importance of progress during treatment. I utilize a multi-modal treatment approach with evidence-based methods.
I enjoy working with young people as well as adults. At times, it is necessary to work with multiple family members at once, but my focus is individual therapy.
